更新日順orderby=post_modifiedにハマる - 写真をめざせ！（略して写め）

wordpress 2.8.5。エントリーを投稿日順ではなく、更新日順に並べたくて、

$my_query = new WP_Query('orderby=post_modified&showposts=-1');

としても、更新日順指定が反映されないのにハマりました。
解決策はなぜか、

orderby=modified
にすればＯＫ。らしい。なんでやねん。
